Consultations are important for all new patients to ensure that we can prescribe the most appropriate treatments for you. We assess each case individually in order to understand what factors are underlying the conditions that we are going to treat. The consultation process includes a comprehensive medical history, treatment area analysis, photographic assessment and a treatment plan. We take great care to understand your concerns and assess the underlying causes. We will guide you through treatment choices, pros, cons and alternatives. You will have ample opportunity to discuss possible treatment in a supportive environment. Once having assessed your health and skin concerns, we might recommend the appropriate treatments.

Cancellation Policy

Online booking is accepted automatically, however the time slot you book may have been taken. No worries, our customer service will call you to reschedule. In case you want to reschedule, you must inform us 23 hours before your appointment. We do not entertain any cancellation with request to refund. You may postpone your appointment to another date subject to availability.
