Service Description

Doctor will obtain your medical history and conduct a thorough examination on you. Throughout your consultation, you are encouraged to discuss your medical problem with your doctor who will ask you questions about your health. After examining you, the doctor will decide on laboratory tests or special procedures you might need. Upon completion of the examination and investigations, doctor will discuss his/her findings with you (what are the skin problem that you might have, it could be Eczema, Psoriasis, Allergy, Acne or others) and explain any treatment that may be needed.

Cancellation Policy

Online booking is accepted automatically, however the time slot you book may have been taken. No worries, our customer service will call you to reschedule. In case you want to reschedule, you must inform us 23 hours before your appointment. We do not entertain any cancellation with request to refund. You may postpone your appointment to another date subject to availability.
